Terms of service
The short version of the agreement between you and Apparel Genie when you order from a campaign.
Orders
An order is confirmed once it appears in your account and you have a confirmation email. Because shirts are printed to order, placing an order commits your sizes to the print run.
Pricing
The price and any rush fee are recalculated on the server when you place the order, and both are snapshotted onto it. Later changes to the campaign never alter an order already placed.
The rush fee
Orders placed after the published cutoff carry the stated per-shirt rush fee. It covers buying and printing outside the main run; it does not change the delivery date.
Delivery
Shirts are collected from the published pickup point on the delivery day. We will tell you if the day or the location moves. Nothing is posted, so there is no carrier and no shipping charge.
Exchanges
Sizes can be changed until the blanks are ordered. After the run is printed, a wrong size cannot be refunded, but a misprint or a faulty blank is always replaced. See the exchanges page.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or attempt to disrupt the store. The school artwork on these shirts belongs to the school and may not be reproduced elsewhere.
