How it works
School fundraising, made magical.
Apparel Genie runs spirit-wear campaigns end to end. Families order online, we buy the blanks against the real size breakdown, print the whole run together, and hand it over on pickup day. The school never fronts money, never guesses sizes and never ends up with a box of unsold larges.
Shop this campaignFour stages, in order.
These are the same four stages the production board runs on, so the status you see on your order is the status the shop is working to.
New intake
Orders come in
Every order is counted into the run as it lands. Nothing is printed speculatively, so the school carries no stock and no risk.
Blanks ordered
Blanks are bought
Sizes are totalled across the whole school and bought in one go from the distributor. Buying the run in a single order is what holds the price down.
Film ordered
Film and screens
The artwork goes to film and the screens are burned. This is the step that fixes the design — after it, adding a colour means starting again.
Complete
Handover day
The run is printed together, counted, sorted by family and set out at the pickup point. No shipping, no depot, no waiting on a courier.
Why there is a cutoff
Blanks are bought once, against the totals we have on the cutoff date. An order that arrives after that means a second, smaller purchase at a worse price, and shirts that have to be printed outside the main run. The $10.00 rush fee per shirt is what that actually costs — it is not a penalty, and it does not buy you a later delivery. Everything still lands on Wednesday, September 30 — pickup location to be confirmed.
The two dates
- Order by September 25
- Standard price. Your sizes go on the main blanks order.
- After September 25
- $10.00 per shirt, same delivery day.
