Printed to order, so sizes matter.
Nothing in this campaign is printed until the order window closes, which is what keeps the price where it is. It also means there is no spare stock to swap from afterwards, so the window to change a size is before the blanks are bought.
Changing a size
Email us at the address below with your order number and the size you want instead. If your order has not reached Blanks Ordered on your order page, we can change it with no fuss — in practice that is any time before September 25.
Misprints and faults
A shirt that comes back off the press wrong — crooked print, cracked ink, a flaw in the blank — is replaced at our cost, whenever you spot it. Bring it back at pickup or email a photo and we will sort it.
After the run is printed
Once screens are burned and the run is printed, a shirt in the wrong size cannot be resold or unprinted, so we cannot take it back for a refund. If a size is genuinely unwearable, get in touch — we would rather find you a swap with another family than have a shirt go unworn.
Getting hold of us
Email orders@apparelgenie.com with your order number. Your order page shows exactly which stage it is at, which tells us straight away whether a size can still be changed.
Find your orderThe honest version: the earlier you tell us, the easier it is. Before the blanks are bought, a size change costs nothing. After the screens are burned, it costs a whole extra shirt.
