Plain-language summary of what we keep, why we keep it and how you stay in control.
What we collect
The name and address on your order, your email address, and what you ordered in which sizes. Nothing about the student beyond the name the shirts are sorted under.
Why we collect it
To print the right sizes, sort the run by family, answer questions about an order, and email you when the shirts are ready.
Who we share it with
The payment processor, and the school running the campaign — they need the list of who ordered to hand the shirts out. Nobody else. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while the campaign runs and for a reasonable period after, so an exchange or a query can still be answered. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Cookies and storage
A sign-in cookie, and your order-in-progress stored in your own browser so it survives a refresh. No advertising trackers, no analytics that follow you off this site.
